The Society for Hyperdiversity Studies 2024 Osaka-Kansai Conference] Japanese Settlements and Resilience in the Wake of Noto's Infrastructure Destruction / August 31, 2024 (Sat.) 15:10-16:00

At the 2024 Osaka-Kansai Congress of the Association of Transdisciplinary Studies, hosted by RIVANES, a panel discussion will be held on "Japanese Settlements and Resilience on the Occasion of Noto's Infrastructure Destruction" (session partner: Ishikawa Prefecture).

In this session, Mr. Sato, who is leading the recovery and reconstruction efforts at the Ishikawa Prefectural Government, Mr. Hayashi, who has decided to introduce cutting-edge technology to his own land in a marginalized community in Ishikawa, and Mr. Ide, who has been running a business since before the disaster to shift to natural energy, will discuss how to live 10 years from now using deep tech. They will discuss how to live 10 years from now by utilizing deep tech.
